The Gathering is NUS Scotland's first event of the academic year where presidents, vice presidents, student leaders and staff from students’ associations across Scotland get together to celebrate everything that is great about the student movement. The Gathering will be of particular relevance to students' association staff who work in the areas of democracy, representation, policy and/or campaigns.

This year the Gathering will be themed around developing a strong and influential collective voice. NUS Scotland through our member students’ associations represents 500,000 students in Scotland. As a movement we are at our best when our work is informed and student-led and The Gathering is an opportunity to harness our collective power to push for social and educational change in the coming year and to share and celebrate our success as a movement.

 

Registration fees are:

£85 plus VAT - non- residential

£145.50 plus VAT - Single accommodation in Glasgow Caledonian's halls of residence

Both delegate rates will include teas, coffees and lunch, as well as dinner and evening entertainment.

There is the option during the registration process to book accommodation the night before.

Registration will close at 12 noon on Wednesday 9 August.
